  • Eclipsed Dark Twilight

    What is this...
    That swarms around me
    Taking shape of my deepest fears
    These flames reach to your heaven
    Destroying the life in which you breed
    Your rootless intentions beyond reasoning
     
    Oh God...
    Please don't make me
    Please God no...
    What are these tears you send from the abyss
    Who are your philosophies born into
    What makes you real...
    Where are the promises that stain your lips
    The lips of our wondering minds
     
    Run away...
    Hide from their piercing stares
    They are nothing to us
    Just more burdens to carry on our backs
    Adding weight to the stone of uncertainty
     
    Risen from a faint ember
    Our prayers are answered within ourselves
     
    Take your cries and screams
    Alone, will be your soul
    You cannot live with this outlook
    Hope is always in your heart
    Just learn how to awaken it
    To be free of constraint...
    And loss

  • Sanctuary Of Dreams

    So close these heavens are
    I can reach them with my soul
    I can feel them with my heart
    I can see them with your love

    It's always been there
    Like my shadow cast onto the streets
    Streets I've walked, lonely
    Yet not alone

    It is you who has held me up to this light
    The wind howls in joyous celebration
    The sun descends from the sky...
    Bringing the stars out to guide our way
    There is but one entity in this world...
    You and I

    These hands are forever bound to the inner sanctuary of our dreams
    We share these collective thoughts
    I set you free

    Free of a life once rotten,
    Free of a live bitten by hateful resentment,
    Free of the chains and masks contorting your reality
    Free of the misery controlling your mind

    Now...a new vision is restored
    Your heart...
    Shall be everlasting

  • Twilight Abyss

    Agony...
    Blood is the wine that blurs
    My tampered vision of hope
    Rotting like putrid maggots
    My soul cries out in misery

    What is this?
    A faint flickering
    Yes! An ebbing, majestic light surrounds
    The beauty engulfs the darkness
    Have I been called from heaven?
    Why am I guided to tranquility...
    to be enrobed in warmth and affection

    There, with twilight wings
    You take me from my dormant hell
    The messiah I have always dreamt of.
    It is your love,
    That revived the life within me

    May your desires be met,
    And your dreams be granted
    Long into the future, as we are
    Sent into the twilight abyss...

  • Pain Consumes My Soul

    Pry the contorted spikes from my heart
    Agony marks this day in tears
    Isolated cries left for the martyrs to hear
    No one can save us from rotting

    Cornered.
    Obliterating  words surround
    Nectar sucked clean from my life
    Surrogate memories stream through my mind
    United fears spill onto the floor
    Mocking my existence, they run amuck
    Entering the shadow's realm of displacement
    Sighing, "hope shall never be reborn"

    May I exist in heaven?
    Yet...is that what I deserve?

    Scorned and beaten I slip
    Out of the blinding abyss
    Unknowingly, I find a fallen dove
    Long tortured...by love once missed

    As the wind howled to the moon, "death..........
    Shall be everlasting."
